SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) INDIA. NIT Patna Collegiate Club is a premier student engineering organization advancing mobility technology across ground and air domains. The club operates through two major verticals: SUPRA and DDC (Drone Development Challenge). NITP Motosports (Team Supra) is a 40 member team that designs, fabricates, and races a formula-style vehicle in SUPRA SAE India. India's premier student formula competition. The team has secured top rankings among IITs and NITs, and consistent qualification through Technical Scrutiny among 120+ participating teams. DDC (Drone Development Challenge) is a national-level UAV competition focused on aerodynamics, avionics, and mission-specific design, split into two teams: Team Vyom and Team Invictus. Team Invictus secured 4th overall rank and the Best Innovation Award (2nd Prize) in 2024-25, while Team Vyom earned the Best Design Report (3rd Prize) in 2022-23. Together, these teams reflect SAE INDIA NITP's commitment to hands-on engineering, innovation, and preparing students to lead in the global mobility industry.
